DAY 1: HCMC - CAN THO (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
06:00: The car and tour guide of En Viet Travel Company will pick you up at the meeting point, and depart to explore the land of Tay Do along the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway and National Highway 1A where tourists will.
- Have breakfast in Tien Giang. Then the group will head south to Wharf 30/4 in My Tho, cruise on the Tien River, visit My Tho fishing port, and see the 4 islands of the four spirits: Long, Lan, Quy, and Phung.
- Boat to Thoi Son Islet, visit orchards, enjoy seasonal fruits, and listen to folk music.
- Take a rowing boat on a small canal under the cool green coconut trees.
- Enjoy honey tea with jam cakes, visit coconut candy-making ovens.
- Arrive at the Thoi Son tourist site where you will participate in the catching fish by scooping ditch activity, then we’ll process the fish you have caught by straw-grilling it, and you will be able to enjoy grilled fish together with a glass of glutinous wine.
11:30: Tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant, rest, and relax on the spot. Then, we’ll board the boat to head back to the mainland to continue the journey to Can Tho.
16:00: After we arrive in Can Tho, we’ll check in at the hotel and you’ll have free time to go around.
18:00: Tourists will have dinner at a local restaurant and be free to explore and join the cultural exchange program with the Khmer ethnic. After that, we’ll come back to the hotel to rest.
DAY 2: CAN THO - HCMC (Breakfast, Lunch)
07:00: Tourists will have breakfast at the hotel, then the car will take you to Ninh Kieu Wharf where you can take photos at Ho Chi Minh Square, and get off the boat to visit Cai Rang Floating Market. The tourist group will go to the over 12 hectares wide My Khanh Tourist Village with more than 20 varieties of Western specialty fruit trees, you can participate in the sightseeing programs, which include many delightful entertainment services:
- Folk games, crocodile fishing, recreational fishing, etc.
- Horse-drawn carriage riding: where you can tram around the Village or take a boat ride on the pond.
- Visiting traditional craft villages: cooking wine, making cakes, making rice paper. Here you will be able to try My Khanh sticky rice wine and use freshly made Vietnamese wet cake.
- Visiting over-100-year-old South Vietnam ancient houses where tourists will be able to feel the lifestyle of the landlord class that once dominated Vietnamese society in 1945 and earlier. Tourists can also participate in pig and dog terrain racing games, and watch the monkey circus (a unique program in the Mekong Delta).
10:00: Tourists will depart for the hotel, rest, freshen up, and check out.
11:30: Tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant and rest on the spot. Then, we’ll continue to head back to Ho Chi Minh City. We’ll stop at Cai Be to rest on the way, then we’ll continue the journey.
17:00: After we arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, we’ll end the journey to discover the land of Tay Do. We hope to see you again in other tour programs.
