DAY 1: HCMC – TIEN GIANG – HCMC (Lunch)
07:00: The car and tour guide of En Viet travel company will pick tourists up at the meeting point, and depart to visit the Thai Son islet by taking the Ho Chi Minh City - Trung Luong highway and National Highway 1A.
09:00: After we arrive at My Tho, tourists will get off the motorboat (about 20 minutes) to the first attraction - Lan Islet. Being at Lan Islet (Thoi Son), the group will visit a honey factory and enjoy honey tea with fruit jam. Then the tour guide will take the tourist group for a walk around the village to discover the life of the Mekong Delta local people. After that, let’s continue the journey, tourists will be sitting on a small boat, a 3-leaf boat (which will take about 15 minutes of rowing) along the green canal lined with coconut trees, the boat will take tourists back to the motor boat. Then, we’ll continue to visit the coconut candy facility and the tourist group will see firsthand the process of producing coconut candy after the boat takes you along the canal with two sides of orchards.
11:30: Tourists will have lunch at a local restaurant.
13:00 After resting and having lunch, tourists will continue the tour and visit the fruit garden with seasonal fruits where you will have the opportunity to enjoy fruits and listen to folk music - a special cultural feature of Vietnam’s Southwestern regions. Then, we’ll return to My Tho by motorboat, the car will pick you up to visit Vinh Trang Pagoda - one of the largest and oldest pagodas in the Southwest region.
17:00: After we arrive in Ho Chi Minh City, we’ll end the tour of Thai Son Islet. We hope to see you in other programs.
